We sustainably source the finest wood from various places around the world. Maple from the USA, Vera Wood from Argentina, Pau Rosa from Africa and Ebony from Indonesia.

We gladly accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all securely through PayPal.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have an account with PayPal, you may use that.

The Woodban online store uses PayPal to accept payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

The Woodban site is also SSL secure, meaning that it uses 256-bits of encryption between your device and our servers.

We send orders out twice a week, so you can expect to receive a confirmation email within 2-3 days of purchasing your product. Tracking info will also be provided. Once your watch has been sent it should arrive within 15-45 days from Standard Shipping and within 15 days for Express Shipping. For international orders there may be potential delays with customs clearance.

It is our goal to create the most enjoyable customer experience. Therefore, any product can be returned or exchange for store credit for any reason within 5 days of delivery. If you need to make a return, please send the unworn product along with your receipt. We will be happy to replace your product with the same or similar item (based on items availability). Yes, we offer a 12 month manufacturers warranty on the movement of our product. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover damages that may occur from everyday use.
